Our Mentorship Program is designed to help you achieve your goals by providing personalized guidance and support from some of the best athletes, nutrition specialists, and wellness experts in the industry.
The program consists of one-on-one mentoring sessions with elite athletes who have achieved success in your interest area or sport. They will share their knowledge and experience to help you develop the skills and techniques needed to excel in your pursuits.
In addition to athletic mentoring, you will also have access to nutrition specialists who will help you optimize your diet and fuel your body for peak performance. Wellness specialists will also be available to provide guidance on injury prevention, recovery, and mental health.
Colearn Academies and Programs have students from across the United States and increasingly, the world. Whether you're in Tucson, Sarasota, Austin, or Dubai, field trips, student gatherings, and groups meet face-to-face weekly and monthly to ensure connection, social activities and well-being. New for the School of Wellness and Nutrition we will offer a series of healthy challenges that include self PR's, achieving fitness goals, and more.

Advisors
Sarah immersed herself in the wellness industry over a decade ago and never looked back. Her motto is that from wellness comes the true riches in life. Sarah is in love with all things mobility and firmly believes that moving our bodies gives us the freedom to be who we are meant to be. She maintains certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Yoga from The National Academy of Sports Medicine and The International Sports Sciences Association and is always furthering her education. She also has a BA in English and MA in Education.
Thomas is a Trail Runner, backpacker, long range SUP'r and quantified self expert. He is also an outdoor and experiential educator with 30 years of experience. Thomas will co-lead the program with Sarah for 2023-2024.

The School for Wellness and Nutrition is a program offered by Colearn. While Colearn Academy Arizona is open enrollment for applicants in the State of Arizona, The School of Wellness and Nutrition is also offered to families outside of Arizona and on a program-by-program basis.
