JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking an experienced and licensed Special Education Coordinator to manage ESS case load, monitor process for K-12, assist General Education teachers in providing support to ESS students, and provide support to ESS students when needed.  Must be able to work closely with ESS students in virtual setting.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Meet virtually with families enrolling into Colearn Academy
• Must hold an Arizona ESS certification
• Have excellent knowledge of IEP pro
• Work well with a team to support students with various challenges to support them in their learning
• Assist with outside contractors to support OT, PT, and speech
• Work closely with outside school psychologist to properly support the team and parents
• Maintain state records to be in compliance with all state and federal IDEA laws for Special Education
